Additional Certification
The program meets educational requirements of the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA). When you graduate successfully from this HR Management Ontario Graduate Certificate Program, you will qualify to write the National Knowledge Exam (NKE), a requirement for the professional designation Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Awards/Scholarships/Bursaries
As a participant in our HR Management Ontario Graduate Certificate program, you may qualify for Scholarships of $1000 to $1500 offered by HRPA (Peel and Halton chapters).
The Human Resources Management program is located at the Trafalgar Road Campus in Oakville, Ontario and at the Davis Campus in Brampton, Ontario.

- Postsecondary diploma or degree

- Demonstrated competence through related work and/or educational experience
APPLICANT SELECTION
Eligible applicants are selected on the basis of previous academic achievement, and/or demonstrated experience.
Postsecondary transcripts, indicating courses completed to date, must be submitted to ontariocolleges.ca at the time of application.
Eligible applicants will be requested to submit a résumé and cover letter, and a brief paper describing two accomplishments that illustrate the applicant’s suitability for a career in human resources. Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements for this program will be assessed and advised individually and may be considered for other, related programs.
